Will's used '92 Buick Lesabre pulled into the driveway of the Institute. The car had seen better days, but he'd known it for so long that he preferred it by far to 'most any vehicle. He stepped out of the vehicle after it came to a complete stop.
Will doesn't know why he is drawn this place year after year. He supposed it was where his scant friends hung out, though they rarely seemed present. He had a proposal to make, one that could relieve much of the recent tension in the media about the 'mutant problem'. Twas a shame that he'd have to be willing to shed so much blood... At least he could be sure that it wouldn't be innocent blood if he knew The Brotherhood's tendencies well enough.

A purple, white, and red-blonde blur sped out the front doors (which had swung open suddenly and banged back shut from the force of it), down the steps, and up to Will, though it didn't stop. "WILL!" Half tackling, half hugging, and half glomping (150%?) Will, the force from Amy (with the aid of her mutation) was enough to knock Will back to the ground and more. And there was Amy, grinning like mad and practically clinging to Deathdealer for dear life.

After he cause his breath and realized who it was, the substantial pain in his chest didn't stop his comment, "I can easily see that you didn't miss me one bit." A grin was spread acress his face.

Noting the slightly painful nature of her grip, Amy loosened her arms slightly, allowing him to breathe a bit better, but not bothering climbing off him before she was off and running. "Ohyes,I'vemissedyousomuch, youwouldn'tbelieveallthestuffthat'shappened aroundhere-Apoweroutage!Somekidgothungryforanelectrcityfixorsomething,andyou'llneverguesswhat Idid,ItotallyacedallmymidtermsandImeanttotryandphoneyoubutnobodyknew whereyouwereOH!Imadeanewfriend, too, she'saweosme, shecanchangealmosteverycolor." A deep breath. "How're you, then?"

Amy raised her eyebrows, then rolled off him, climbing to her feet before adjusting her skirt and t-shirt. Hmmph. No tears. That was a first. "Just fine? Nobody would tell me where you were. I figured it was either fighting evil or infiltrating some top secret military organization..." Amy was obviously joking, but she couldn't help but ask, "What... were you doing? And don't you tell me it's none of my buisness, I've gotten more than enough fo that from Mrs. Grey... Who, by the way, is quite touchy as of late. Did you know she's pregnant? Oh, but, what were you doing?" Amy, in her excitement, appeared to be unable to keep her thoughts in one direction.

"I was getting some time to myself. I'm making a plan to stop all this violence that's been sprouting up recently. " he said calmly "I just need to work some fine points out"

Amy darkened a bit, crossing her arms. "They've been trying to reinforce curfews and discourage students form visiting the city. Not like we haven't seen the news." A sudden idea popped into her head; "I can help!"

Worry clouded his eyes. "No offense, but I'd rather you didn't" the thought of the danger and outright brutality needed to solve this problem once and for all staggered him. He liked her far too much to see anything happen to her... or let her do things that'd scar her.

"It's because I'm short isn't it?" Amy joked again, but she forced seriousness into her voice. "I'm getting better with my powers. I can throw a truck at whoever steals my place in the cafateria line... Not that I'd ever, of course." she added hurridly. "But if I can help you, in any way, I will."

"Tis not that I don't think you could help, it's just ... the nature of the task" -he tackled her off him and pinned her playfully.

Pressing her knee as gently as possible into Will's chest, she executed an (impressive) move where she literally flipped him over into the grass with ease, ending up on top, holding HIM down playfully. "Ha! I think I win."

He smiled "you forget so easily..." his telekinetics lifted her off the ground and kept her there. "I so win"

Amy wiggled in the air for a bit, struggling, but finding movement near impossible, sighed deeply and gave him a fake pout. "Alright. Alright. You win... Put me down, now?"

"why should I?" he said and made for the front door slowly, as if nothing was out of place.
