:: Coming to, she backed up a few feet, a little too quickly as she almost tumbled over her bag on the floor, but she caught herself. She was such a moron! "Er, yes. What do you mean by perks?" She had turnd away to hide her embaressment at being caught staring while she pretended to unpack a bit, opening the outside pocket of her bag to pull out a couple books and some pens and pencils. ::

"Well...life's rarely boring here, nor are the people. Like Logan, he's Canadian, as I presume you are from your accent, and he doesn't remember almost anything cause some government dude covered his bones with this really durable metal." He hadn't noticed a thing, he was completely oblivious to most things that everyone else could see, yet saw everything that was unimportant.

:: "Good guess. And; is it adamantium?" She asked, sitting down on her bed, suddenly fascinated. Mutants, mutant powers, they all fascinated her. Well, non-mutants did too, but this was all new to her. ::

:: "Actually, I read alot of Psychology or Human Sciences books. But I love chemistry, too." She said happily, not trying to hide her alledged 'weirdness'. She was just in a weird mood all of a sudden, or she would have. As proof she held up the very thick 2nd Edition of 'Introduction to Psychology'. ::

:: "Er... I'm really interested in people, all kinds of people." Placing her book on the dresser she suddenly jumped on to her bed, on tiptoe to look out the unusually high window. After a moment she turned away, having found nothing that caught her intrest. "So... What can you do around here? Is there a library?" She asked earnestly. ::

:: Amy appeared to think very hard about this. "Can you show me?" She asked, then realized he hardly knew her, and it was sort of... strange to ask that of someone something you just met. "Unless y-your busy or something. You don't have to, at all. You're probably busy." ::

:: "The Danger Room." She replied immediatly, eyes dancing. "Most definatly." Practically throwing a small box on her bed she skirted to the door, uncrossing and crossing her fingers in her own strange way of keepng anticipation under control. ::
