Travis pulled up to the parking garage attached to his apartment and gave the parking attendent a grin as he stopped in front of him. "Hey Jim, do I still have that extra free space?" he asked the young man as he opened the car door and got out.
"I believe you do Mr. Miller," Jim said, walking over to him, "And if not we can just park it in guest parking for the time." He eyed the car appreciatively. "New aquisition?"
"Sadly, no, it's a friends he was just to... drunk to drive himself home, so he's gonna be staying with me." Travis said walking over to the passanger side of the car. "John? You awake?" he said leaning over to look John in the face.

It took John a second to respond. He opened his eyes and glanced around before turning his head to face Travis. "Yeah," he started to heave himself out of the car... it didn't look like it was going well.

Travis quickly moved in and grabbed him before he could seriously injure himself. Helping John out of the car he let him lean against him and tossed the keys to Jim. "There you go Jim, I'll tip you once I don't have this dead weight." he said with a wink. Jim grinned and waved him off, eyes gleaming at the prospect of driving the Cobra.
Travis shook his head and walked them over to the elevator, keying in his code he had to wait about half a minute before the doors slid open to reveal a suprisingly elegant elevator. "I hope this doesn't bring back the vomiting" he said walking them inside.

"No, I'm fine," John said. Though, he had said that just before he threw up last time.

Travis rolled his eyes and chuckled with amusement, "So you've said." he said as the elevator lifted them up quickly to their destination. The doors opened to a short hallway with three doors and Travis lead him over to the last one, digging in his pocket he pulled out his key and opened the door. "Well, home sweet home." he said and walked them over the threshold.
The apartment was dimly lit but it was possible to make out a spacious living room with an open kitchen over to the right that seemed to lead into a dining room. Opposite of the kitchen was a room with a closed door and left of the living room was a hallway.

"Not bad..." John said, glancing around the room. He inadvertently shifted more of his weight onto Travis as the moved farther into the room.

Travis grinned, "Thanks," he said manuvering them over to the couch and sitting John down onto it. "I would ask you if you wanted a drink but that seems a little unwise." he said with grin as he walked over to the kitchen.

"Just some orange juice..." John said, rubbing his eyes "and an Advil."

Travis nodded as he walked into the kitchen and pushed up the lights in the kitchen to make it bright enough for him to see. He walked over to the fridge and got out the orange juice and then a glass from the cupboard next to it. Pouring him a glass he returned the orange juice to the fridge and then opened a drawer next to the dishwasher and pulled out a bottle of Advil. Both in hand he walked back into the living room and set the orange juice and the Advil down on the coffee table. "Anything else? You hungry?"

"No thanks," John opened the bottle and poured two pills into hand, swallowing them with the orange juice.

Travis nodded and sat down on the edge of the coffee table, glancing around the apartment for lack of something better to do. "Well I suppose you'll want to turn in." he said hesitantly even though he figured it was only about ten.

"Don't know if I'll be able to," John said knitting his eyebrows. "Unless I take enough tranquilizers to take out a small elephant."

Travis raised an eyebrow, "Well you seemed to be able to well enough in the car." but he shrugged and then kicked off his shoes. "So does that happen often?" he asked, referring the incident earlier in the evening.

"More and more so, it would seem," he said, leaning back and closing his eyes.

"What is it exactly?" Travis asked, stretching his back out and then getting up and flopping into the black leather chair that matched the sofa.
